WiseBldg gives you the freedom to control and monitor your IoT devices from anywhere at anytime. WiseBldg is a software platform for building energy management offered by BEM Controls. It can control HVAC, lighting and plug load controllers in buildings, as well as obtain readings from sensors and power meters. Additionally this can communicate with building rooftop solar PV, energy storage units, gas and water flow meters in the building. WiseBldg allows buildings to be grid-interactive and can facilitate participation in demand response programs and frequency regulation services.
